Good location
The room/balcony were good. The pillows were amazing!
We were all-inclusive and the cocktails were pre made and syrupy. Wouldn’t do all inclusive there if we went back.

Good
The staff.
North facing room opposite a paddle ball court, very noisy. Also, with a balcony that didn't receive any sun, it was always in the shade. Too cold to sit out and too noisy to enjoy. Also the view consisted of the rear of a shopping centre. The spray from the shower was non existant until we complained. This should have been rectified before we arrived. There was a large hole in the ceiling in the restaurant, which had a temporary patch. On one of the mornings, water was leaking on to the food cooking area, resulting in limited options.

What was the highlight of Alexandre La Siesta
A cosy retreat for families
I took my son for a father-son week and we had a delightful holiday. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but in perfect order. The breakfast and dinner buffets were spot on for kids, and although not every dish was a winner, we always left feeling full and satisfied. The games room is a nice touch, but it felt like it was a bit neglected. Two of the machines were out of order without being marked as such, and the change machine also didn't work. The gym had a good selection of weights and was serviceable, albeit small. The holes in the plates for the barbells were of differing diameters, and many didn't seem to fit any of the barbells I saw.

Great location in a lovely hotel
The location is perfect , the food is good , the rooms are comfortable, the pool is excellent. The staff are all very attentive and friendly.
The pillows on the beds aren’t very comfortable. The food could be hotter
